An unique Ultrasonic Rodent Control System. The latest and the best of its type to drive away the rats without the use of poisons, baits, or gases.

RATEX is electrically operated. Consumption of electrical energy is negligeable. The Ultrasound produced can be heard only by rats.

RATEX can also be supplied with 12 - Volt Battery with back-up of about 12/14 hours. Ideal for establishments which switch off power at 7
pm.

RATEX inflicts painful shock on rat’s acoustic nerves and brain causing serious stress conditions that cause them to run away from Computer Rooms, False ceiling, false floorings, Records - Stationery and Store Rooms, Food Processing Plants, Kitchens, Hotels, Godowns, Cafeterias,
Departments Stores, Electricity Distribution Rooms, Ships, Bakeries, Hospitals, Theaters, Offices, Homes, Army, Air-Force, Navy installations and any place where rats are a problem.

RATEX inflicts heavy stress on mother rats and causes their breasts to run dry and this in turn reduces reproduction.

RATEX should be mounted to the wall with bracket and bolt provided at a height of about one foot from floor level and at an angle of 45 to 50 Deg. speaker facing the floor so that the Ultrasound will be reflected many times and cover the entire premises. Ratex should face the wall at a distance of 6” at ground level if floor surface is rough or covered with
carpet and near entry points of rats. Ultrasound will not travel through walls. The LED light indicates that the unit is working. Keep the power on for twenty-four hours a day. After 6 to 8 week rats will completely

disappear. They do not die. They leave the premises. If speaker faces Glass, mirror or smooth surface which are good reflectors of ultrasound best results can be achieved . Cross Firing from two or more RATEX gives a delirious effect and paralyse the rats.

RATEX is to be used indoors. It is not harmful to human beings and pets.

RATEX comes with 2 meters length cable with a 3-pin plug.

RATEX is made of quality components and is housed in a box made of CRCA steel sheets. Paint by powder coating. Colour : Broken White.

RATEX is guaranteed for proper workmanship and performance. Carries a Warranty of ONE YEAR; however it will work for many years smoothly. Product is being sold since over 20 years.

A test button is provided on the back panel. If pressed an audible sound will be heard. This will ensure that the device is working. Otherwise the device is silent since ultrasound cannot be heard by humans in frequencies above 22 Kilohertz.
